Next, a 20-minute drive takes you to the famous Gold Creek Salmon Bake which has been featured on Bravo's Top Chef for a meal you'll be dreaming about long after! This feast includes grilled wild Alaskan salmon, Cheechako chicken, baked beans, wild-rice pilaf, hot chowder, and more. Listen to live folk music while you enjoy your meal under the heaters, roast marshmallows at the campfire, or stroll along the creek to the magnificent waterfall. What's Included

Narrated transportation from the pier to Last Chance Basin and the Gold Creek Salmon Bake. All gold panning and safety equipment are provided. The Salmon Bake includes an all-you-can-eat Alaskan feast, live musical entertainment, marshmallow roasting fire pit, totem pole carver, Salmon Creek waterfall, and mining relics. Beer and wine are available for purchase and onsite gift shop. Return transportation to the dock area is a school bus shuttle service that runs every 20-30 minutes.

What should we wear and bring?
This tour operates rain or shine, and rain is common as we lie in a temperate rainforest! For comfort, we typically recommend long pants, closed-toed shoes, gloves, an extra pair of socks, warm layers and a waterproof jacket. Some guests choose to bring a small bag or backpack along to store extra layers, a bottle of water and cameras.
What if our ship is delayed or doesn't make it into port. Refund?
It's very rare that a ship is delayed into port, but in those cases, we will try our best to work with you to reschedule the tour to a later time. If that is not a possibility or your ship doesn't make it into port, we will refund you.
