Policies & Cancellations

At Ketchikan Shore Tours, we'll do everything we can to ensure you have all of the information you need to find the tour that is right for you as well as to prepare for your excursion. Upon reserving online, you will receive a confirmation email that outlines the details of your tour, where you need to meet, what time, and helpful information such as what you should bring along for your tour. And we're always here to answer any questions you might have in preparation for your tour.

We do collect 100% of the payment at the time of booking. The cancellation policy for our tours allows you to change, modify, or completely cancel your tour up to 14 days prior to the tour departure with absolutely no penalty. If you give us 14 days notice, we will refund you the entire cost of the tour. Because of the popularity and limited capacity of our tours, any cancellations made within 14 days of the tour departure are not refundable. If for any reason your ship is delayed or does not make it into port as scheduled, we will work with you to try to accommodate you on a later tour or refund your tour costs entirely.
